Why choose OEM remanufactured injectors?
Unlike many aftermarket injectors on the market, genuine OEM Hitachi / JECS injectors are built to a higher standard and designed specifically for your application. When properly remanufactured and flow tested, they provide more reliable performance, better consistency, and longer lifespan compared to low-cost alternatives.
Flow Matching
The ECU controls your injectors as a set. If injectors are not closely matched, some cylinders can run slightly rich while others run lean.
All of our injector sets are flow matched to within 3% or better, which meets or exceeds the typical factory standard of approximately 5%.
For customers looking for the highest level of precision, we also offer an optional 1% flow matching upgrade with documented test results.
Quality and Testing Process
- Each injector goes through a comprehensive remanufacturing process, including:
- Electrical testing (OHM test)
- Full disassembly and inspection
- Multiple ultrasonic cleaning cycles
- Reverse flow backflushing
- Leak testing under pressure
- Spray pattern analysis
- Flow rate testing and matching
- Reassembly with new internal components (filters, O-rings, seals)
- Final quality control inspection
Lifetime Warranty
All of our injectors are backed by a lifetime warranty. If the injectors ever become clogged or fail under normal use, we will clean, test, and service them to restore like-new performance.
Important Note
To ensure long-term performance, we recommend replacing the fuel filter and confirming the fuel system is clean prior to installation. Contamination in the fuel system is the most common cause of injector issues.
